How to reach the maintainer.
The Tundra V35A Tracker is an independent, single-person research project. The easiest way to reach the maintainer for anything — a correction, a content concern, a takedown request, or just a question about the data — is by email:
Responses are typically sent within 5 business days. If a message is urgent (e.g. a credible safety or legal concern), say so in the subject line.
Corrections & data disputes
If you believe a specific data point is wrong, please include in your message:
- The URL of the page where the data appears.
- The specific fact or chart in question.
- The source you believe is authoritative (NHTSA campaign ID, Toyota §573 report, dealer document, etc.).
Corrections backed by a citable source are usually applied within one update cycle.
Content removal & DMCA
This site publishes only (a) public NHTSA recall and complaint records, (b) aggregated factual data about used-vehicle inventory, (c) anonymized owner-submitted reports, and (d) commentary on publicly-announced safety recalls. It does not republish images, long-form copyrighted text, or per-owner personal information.
If you believe specific content infringes a copyright, trademark, or right of publicity, send a written notice to contact@tundrav35a.com including:
- Your name, contact information, and the right holder you represent.
- The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.
- A description of the work or right you claim is infringed.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the right holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices and good-faith fair-use disputes are welcome. Vague legal threats without specifics will receive a polite request for the items above.
Owner privacy
If you are a Tundra owner who would like a specific VIN you can identify as yours removed from the public inventory view, email from an address that demonstrates ownership (e.g. a Toyota Owner Portal account address) and the VIN will be suppressed within 5 business days. No questions asked.
Independence
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor North America, Lexus, Carvana, Carfax, or NHTSA. References to those names are factual and nominative — used only because they accurately describe the subject of the data.
